Here is a brief summary of how you can become a ZHULIAN Distributor.

To register as a new ZHULIAN Distributor, you must be a Malaysian citizen of at least 18
years of age and above and must first be sponsored by an active ZHULIAN Distributor. You
are required to fill in the necessary details in a Distributorship Application Form, which can be obtained
from any ZHULIAN Authorised Agency or your sponsor. |

Upon handing in the duly completed Distributorship Application Form, you are required to pay a
registration fee of RM68.00 for West Malaysia (WM) and RM74.00 for East Malaysia (EM) to the authorised Agency. The
authorised Agency will issue a temporary receipt on which bears a Temporary Registration Number (TRN), with which
will immediately enable you to make your purchase of any ZHULIAN products at the Agency. You will
also be given a new ZHULIAN Business Kit by the authorised Agency. |

The authorised Agency will then send your application online to ZHULIAN Head Office
whereby all the distributorship application will be processed. You shall receive your Authority Card on which the
Distributor Registration Number (DRN) is stated by post within FOURTEEN (14) days upon approval. With the
Authority Card, you are able to actively involve in the ZHULIAN business by sharing the business
opportunity with your family, relatives, friends and acquaintances. |

The benefits due to you is very much depends on your commitment and performance through selling
ZHULIAN products and by duplicating your efforts to your downlines based on the 3 S Principle (Selling,
Sponsoring and Service) and also subject to the Company's procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the
ZHULIAN Golden Business Guide. Understanding your responsibilities is equally as important as knowing your
rights as a Distributor in the process of achieving success in the business. ZHULIAN encourages and reminds
all Distributors to:
- Read, understand and adhere to all the rules and regulations in ZHULIAN GOLDEN BUSINESS GUIDE.
- Achieve a Personal PV of at least 300 in order to enjoy the benefits and incentives as stipulated in the
ZHULIAN GOLDEN BUSINESS PLAN.
- Ensure the validity of your distributorship. Your distributorship is valid for 12 months only. Please refer to
RULE 3 in Distributor Rules and Regulations for the renewal procedure.
- Ensure that you get the relevant and valid Cash Bill / Cash Sale for every transaction made in
agencies because only the ADS computer print-out documents are considered as official documents that serve as proof
of transactions. The company will not entertain any complaints relating to data loss or unrecorded sales without
any official documents as evidence.
