41st National Leadership Seminar Qualifying Conditions

Open to all ZHULIAN Sales Executive and Distributors of higher positions in Malaysia and Singapore.

  1. DIAMOND-TO-BE CATEGORY (SE, SM and SSM)
    Must fulfill either condition 1 OR condition 2 for the stipulated sales months during the campaign period:

    1. A (i)       Achieve a Personal PV of 300 PV or more AND a Personal Group PV of 5400PV or more (Self-qualified) for FOUR (4)
                    consecutive sales months
      ;

      OR

        (ii)       (ii) Achieve an accumulated Personal Group PV of at least 21600PV * during the campaign period.

      *Only the Personal Group PV of the sales months in which the Personal PV achieves 300PV or more and the Personal Group PV achieves 5400PV or more (Self-qualified) will be taken into account.

      AND

      B           Possess at least ONE (1) Qualified Line in any TWO (2) sales months during the campaign period.

    2. Successfully being promoted to Diamond Sales Manager (DSM) or higher position.



  2. DIAMOND SALES MANAGER (DSM) AND DISTRIBUTOR OF HIGHER POSITION CATEGORY
    Must fulfill ONE of the following conditions (Condition 1 until 3) for the stipulated sales month during the campaign period:


    1. A (i)       Achieve a Personal PV of 300 PV or more AND a Personal Group PV of 5400PV or more (Self-qualified) for FOUR (4)
                    consecutive sales months
      ;

      OR

        (ii)       (ii) Achieve an accumulated Personal Group PV of at least 21600PV * during the campaign period.

      *Only the Personal Group PV of the sales months in which the Personal PV achieves 300PV or more and the Personal Group PV achieves 5400PV or more (Self-qualified) will be taken into account.

      AND

      B           Possess at least TWO (2) Qualified Lines in any TWO (2) sales months during the campaign period.

    2. Managed to fulfill the qualifying conditions of DSM or Distributor of higher position in any TWO (2) sales months during the campaign period.

    3. Successfully being promoted to the higher rank (DSM to CDM, CDM to RCM or RCM to RCD).
