Isoprot'n Omelette with Honey

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add in Isoprot'n and whisk again until fluffy.
  2. Heat a small pan and add butter to grease the pan.
  3. Scoop a ladle of egg mixture into pan.
  4. When the underside is set, lift the edges of the omelette slightly with a spatula and flip it gently to the other side.
  5. Once cooked, slide the omelette into a plate.
  6. Wipe pan with a kitchen tissue, repeat step 2 and 3 until mixture is finished.
  7. Drizzle honey onto omelette before serving.
