Nutrium Love Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g of Plain Flour
- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 90 g of Salted Butter
- 30 g of Homsweet Pure Crystalline Fructose
- 1 Egg
- 2 sachets of Nutrium
Preparation
- Mix together the salted butter and Homsweet Pure Crystalline Fructose.
- Add egg and beat for about 60 seconds until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Cream together plain flour, Nutrium and baking powder.
- Form a round-shaped dough. Put in a plastic bag and roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Use a love-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the pattern.
- Preheat the oven at 160°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Once done, allow cookies to cool in the oven for 10 minutes before taking out so that they are dried out completely.
- Transfer to a container for storage when cookies are completely cooled.
