Squeezy Prosperity Jelly
Ingredients
- 10 g of Jelly Powder
- 1000 ml of Water
- 140 g of Homsweet Pure Crystalline Fructose
- 1 teaspoon of ZHULIAN Premix Coffee with Collagen & Kacip Fatimah
- 1 teaspoon of Squeezy Rose Cordial
- 1 teaspoon of  Squeezy Orange Cordial
Preparation
- Mix jelly powder and Homsweet into 1000 ml of water. Stir while heating it until it boils (small fire).
- Mix a small amount of ZHULIAN Premix Coffee powder with a few drops of jelly mixture to fill the eyes of the Koi jelly mould.
- Mix the remaining ZHULIAN Premix Coffee powder with 1 teaspoon of the jelly mixture and pour the concentrated coffee liquid onto a few spots on the body part of the Koi jelly mould. Wait for about 5 minutes.
- Mix Squeezy Rose Cordial with 1 teaspoon of the jelly mixture and pour the mixture onto few spots on the fin and body part of the Koi jelly mould. Wait for about 10 minutes.
- Mix Squeezy Orange Cordial with 1 teaspoon of the jelly mixture and pour the mixture onto a few spots on the body part of the Koi jelly mould. Wait for about 10 minutes.
- Pour ColoSkim into the remaining jelly mixture and mix well, then pour it into the Koi jelly mould until full.
- Cool it in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
